East Voyager Academy of Charlotte is the first Mandarin Immersion school in North Carolina. As a 75/25 one-way model, we teach K-3 in the Mandarin language, and then transition to a 50/50 model in grades 4, 5, and 6 to strengthen the students' bilingual skills using ELA and Social Studies as the subjects that are taught in English.
